JOB TITLE: MEP Design Engineer

Location- Lagos.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and installation of mechanical and electromechanical products and systems by developing and testing specifications and methods.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Installation & Project Management

· Monitoring project implementation towards achieving the desired design goals.

· Facilitate problem solving, as may arise, between MEP Subcontractors during construction.

· Carry out installation of HVAC systems and Plumbing Systems.

Business Development Support

· Assist the Business Proposal Management & Orders with technical inputs on quotations for the supported products on HVAC and PLUMBING systems.

Third Party Management

· Attend to customer inquiries, identifying their needs & requests with a view to guiding them to choose the solution that meet their needs.

· Search for new products and carry out product technical presentation.

CRITICAL REQUIREMENTS:

· HND or BSc Degree in relevant engineering courses.

· MSc. Is an added advantage.

· 3-5 years of relevant working experience.

KEY COMPETENCIES:

· Working knowledge of plans, prints, specifications, and schematics associated with the trade.

· Teamwork and leadership skills.
